OSPCA York Region to Euthanize 350 animals! This is outrageous!

OSPCA York Region Branch to Euthanize 350 animals because they couldn't stop the spread of Ringworm in their facility! Is this what happens when our donations are so generously given. We, in effect, are paying for the euthanization of those poor animals!
