OSPCA Update - Not all animals to be Euthanized

The OSPCA has stated that they will not be putting down all the animals it had first intended to as of today per CP24.

They have also stated that NO criminal charges will be made against the person they fired from the shelter, however an investigation by the OSPCA will occur.
